The Club is very pleased to announce a new, special summer program directed by one of the leaders in physical performance trainers for soccer anywhere in the country. Steve Herdsman will direct a special program, tailored by age, which he has designed to enhance our player’s soccer-specific speed, strength, and agility. This program also incorporates significant elements of injury prevention activities designed to follow FIFA’s program aimed at reducing the occurrence of non-contact injuries (ACL, MCL, etc…)
