Independent Evaluations
Players who are added to a team as a result of independent evaluation, instead of going through tryout pre-registration or tryout registration, must still go through the online tryout registration in order to be added to our family/player database, assigned to a team, assigned a uniform number, etc. Please use the following link:

Player Registration to a Team
The alternate Premier Registration day is June 16th from 5-8pm at MVP Fieldhouse, upstairs in the building.
Select Registration is on June 21st from 12-3pm and 4-8pm at MVP Sports Spot on 32nd St.
Having your forms printed, notarized and filled out will make the process go much faster.
Uniforms
The uniforms for the 2010-2011 year are the same as the previous (2009-2010) year. Returning players may use their current uniform and do not need to order a new uniform unless they have outgrown or worn out items in their current uniform. New players are reminded that they must order their own uniform directly on the TeamGazelle.com website:
