Ways to get involved:

Golf: $110 per player or $440 per team (includes dinner). We are limited to 30 teams so turn the attached form in to Josh Sheldon asap at 255 Carnoustie GR, MI 49546.

Dinner: $30 and includes raffle. Must have all forms turned in by September 7th so please mail them in to 255 Carnoustie GR, MI 49546 asap.

Hole Sponsors: we are looking for hole sponsors. If you know of anyone interested please email Josh sheldon at jsheldon@mvpsportsclubs.com

Raffle: we are looking for raffle prizes for the outing. If you have an idea or know of someone who would like to donate please email Josh Sheldon at jsheldon@mvpsportsclubs.com

All proceeds go to the GRCJ scholarship fund and all donations are tax-deductible as we are a 501C-3. Thanks in advance for your help.
