Player Registration info (for 2012-2013 teams):
- Player registration is scheduled:
G.R. Select player registration is next Monday June 25, open house style from 12-3 and 4-8pm,
Crew West player registration is next Tuesday June 26, from 6-8pm,
Kentwood Select player registration is next Wednesday June 27, from 6-8pm.
- Player registration is at the MVP Sport Spot on 32nd and Lake Eastbrook.
- ALL forms need to be printed from our website (see the Forms page), we will have minimal forms available that night.
- We will have Notary - to avoid the line, get your med. release notarized beforehand.
- Down payment is required.
- Player assistance forms are on the website on the Forms page at the bottom.
- If you are new to Crew, bring a copy of birth certificate(including all U7/U8)
- Bring small passport-sized photo for the player pass card.
