To enter a team in the tournament please complete the team roster Once completed this may be dropped off at MVP Field House at the front desk.
Tournament details:
· Applications accepted until 19 March
· $20.00 per player registration fee
· Guarantee 3 game minimum
· 6-10 players per team allowed
