Optional Friday night training is starting August 20, and runs each Friday through September 24. It’s held at MVP Fieldhouse.  There is no cost, as it is included in your club fees.  There is no sign-up; you just come when you can.

The schedule is as follows:

	U8 – U10	U11 – U12	U13 and up
5-6 pm	Technical	Technical	Striker/Keeper
6-7 pm	Striker	Keeper
7-8 pm	Keeper	Striker
